Champion of Niagara’s Canadian-Black History, our own Wilma Morrison has been honoured by just about everybody but us! Her 80th birthday being cause enough for celebration, we figured what better way to cap off Black History Month 2009 than by recognizing Wilma’s staunch efforts in heritage preservation than with a party ~ complete with cake, candles, concert and kudos!
What does Wilma wish for on her birthday?
A new dvd – that will rescue the video she uses from becoming obsolete! So, make your contribution to Wilma’s pet education and heritage projects at the event (or send it along if you won’t be able to attend – every donation over $20 will be tax receipted) and we’ll make your gift count for more than just Wilma’s next decade!
